Which Android messages can TextSafe export?

The app exports SMS, MMS text and images, and RCS content the user explicitly imports or shares into TextSafe. Android does not provide normal apps direct access to the full Google Messages RCS database.

Can I keep the PDF only on my phone?

Yes. Local PDF export works without a paid cloud plan.

How are uploaded PDF backups protected?

Uploaded backups travel over HTTPS and are encrypted with AES-256-GCM before server storage.

Which messages can the Android app export?

SMS and MMS text/images are read from Android’s message provider. RCS is included only when you explicitly import compatible JSON or share selected content into TextSafe; normal apps cannot directly read the full Google Messages RCS database.

Do I need a paid plan to create a PDF?

No. Local PDF creation remains available. Plans control encrypted cloud storage and upload limits.

Can customers delete their information?

Yes. Customers can delete individual backups or permanently remove their account, device tokens and stored cloud files.

How do gift cards work?

Stripe handles the one-time payment. A code and PIN redeem the card into local TextSafe account credit, which is applied to same-currency invoices before card payment.
