HOW IT WORKS

Turn Android messages into a readable PDF archive

TextSafe keeps local PDF creation separate from optional cloud backup, so customers decide where each archive lives.

THE BACKUP FLOW

Collect, export, then decide whether to upload

  1. Sign in to the Android app. The same account opens the web customer portal.
  2. Grant Android SMS permission. TextSafe reads SMS and MMS only after device consent.
  3. Add RCS when needed. Import compatible JSON or share selected content from the messaging app.
  4. Create a local PDF. The document includes sender, direction, date, time, text and supported images.
  5. Optionally upload. An active plan enables encrypted cloud storage and scheduled backup limits.

Supported content

Direct export

SMS and MMS

Text, timestamps, direction, addresses, MMS images and video thumbnails are included. Original audio/video and other files are catalogued, not embedded.

Explicit import

RCS content

Import compatible JSON or share selected RCS text/media into TextSafe. Android does not expose the full Google Messages RCS database to ordinary third-party apps.
